Adsense Niche Templates for WordPress

I just downloaded some special Niche Templates for Adsense to see how the code was made, and also to see if their claims are right...

Now all I need is a nice Niche where I can make some money..right?
Anyway some good ideas they want to share? No? Thought so.

I just have to go for an After Dinner Walk right now to shed some weight and maybe com up with a nice idea.
