Looking at AdWords for Promotion

I am looking to dive into Google Adwords to promote a new website for a desperate customer in Greece.

She is starting up a new venture to earn some income in difficult economic times.

I like here idea and have build a website in Joomla 1.5, domain and hosting are done by her via bSmart Hosting.
Which is a great and cheap Joomla ready hosting firm for her purpose.

Any ideas on how to further improve here traffic and conversions? Yes it is a Dutch site about Grieks leren koken op vakantie in Griekenland
